The paper and shadow works are elemental-dependant. They seek to hold - momentarily - the shadows of plant life in sunlight and the hidden intricacies in the environment. Drawing out the unseen, placed in liminal zones; the paper disks are a playful way I connect and interact with the landscapes I walk through.
Paper and shadow works inspired the walking recipe for WalkCreate’s walk book. The publication included 20 recipes from walking artists for wellbeing activity in response to the Pandemic. Please click on the image below for more information and access to my elemental walking recipe.
