As part of my graduate show with Emerson college in June 2018, walking within and out-with was an installation and eco-therapeutic art walk. Blending the indoor with outdoor, the walk was guided through the woods, silently and thereafter arriving in the installation space. Participants were invited to explore the space as a response to the walked experience outdoors.

I spent one month walking amongst the woods, watching spring shift into summer slowly , familiarising with the form and space of the place. Stepping into a cyclical way of walking, I began to notice the shifts taking place within myself. Walking within and out with sought to describe the seen and unseen felt and the sensed moments of a place.
